Our Music Pitches

We still have not really decided what song to really use but we did create a list of ideas which just waiting for someone specifically to agree upon them

Pitch 1: Tootsie slide - Drake
This was mainly on behalf of Jamarcus being a Drake lover and insisting Drake songs as the music video. I personally do not hate this option as I'm fine with any song as long as there is not too many explicits and is easy to record. We can not be doing a winter song in Florida and this dance in the video is relatively easy to do. The song is also not too bad in terms of sounding but that barely matters. Personally this is favored but group wise we sitll have one vote we need to take into consideration before we say anything. There are also other factors beside the main Toosie slide like Michael Jackson and other factors but that also just makes the music video more diverse. I don't mind this option and it doesn't seem to have any downsides.

Pitch 2: The lazy song - Bruno Mars
This was more of my recommendation, its easy, its a decent song, and no curse words. Perfect in my opinion but in terms of the group, its not sitting pretty well. I feel like this would be a great option to record as it kind of fits all of our personalities if you know what I mean. It does not take long to say which songs you want and not. I have no objections to this song and I think its pretty good to do this project on. But the lazy song, however, is only able to do so much as sitting around doing nothing isn't the best topic of a music video trying to entice an audience. Plus the whole song revolves around the same subject so it comes out rather bland.

Chosen Pitch: Tootsie slide - Drake (it is entirely possible that we change this. So far 2 of us already agreed on it.)
